- Is this an OEM fuser film or a
secondary market films?
Depends on how you look at it; because there are several OEM
laser manufacturer that's not HP/Canon who are using the film
sleeves for their printer product lines currently. Our fuser film
sleeves are brand new and they are compatible films that can be use
as a replacement for the OEM fuser film sleeves in HP and Canon
fixing film assy.
- How does it perform compared to the OEM
fuser film?
Our fuser film has been tested both in our
own environment as well as in the United States, Australia, and
Europe for its performance. It has performed comparably
well to the OEM. Like the OEM, the fuser film can also be
easily damaged from mishandling or improper use of the laser
printer.
- What is the difference between the AX /
PX / and VX fuser film, if they all look the same?
There are two main difference among the fuser films; 1) the size
length and 2) the make of the films. The operating fusing temperature
for each model is different. One can
interchange the films, however it will have a shorter life usage
span and it will cause fusing problem in the long term
because of this operating temperature and size difference.
- What is your warranty on the fuser
film?
We offer 90 Days Warranty from manufacturer defects.
If your fuser films have defects upon received of your order,
return it to us and we will send you a replacement at no extra
charge.
- Is there any difference between the
fuser films for the 110V and the 220V fusing assembly?
You can use the fuser films on both the 110V and 220V.
There is no different films for each voltage. The only
difference in the model of fuser film is the type of laser
printer engines specification.
- Is it easy to install the films? Do you
have a manual on how to install the films?
The fuser films are not difficult to install. The fusing
element parts in each model engines are made so that it can be
dissemble easily. We do not have an instructional manual,
but you can contact Cyburn
Interactive who has the learning CD Rom on refurbishing
fuser assembly.
- Is there a minimum quantity for
ordering?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. However, you
should consider the shipping cost involves. In addition, higher
volume order may apply for the discount pricing.
- What method of shipping do you use?
We normally shipped the films via FedEx, UPS, or Express
Mail Delivery. Depending on the destination and your
request, we will use the least cost for shipping the fuser
films. If you have FedEx or UPS account, we preferred to
shipped on your account; perhaps you have lower rates from your
local region FedEx or UPS. We shipped your
orders from Jakarta, Indonesia.
- What method of payment do you accept?
Currently we can only accept payment T.T. in advance.
There are very limited internet Merchant Card Providers that
will accept Non-US/Canadian company. They charge too high
of a fee and service charges which makes our product cost
more. If in Indonesia, we do accept credit cards (AMEX, VISA &
MASTER CARD). Please do not email
your credit card information since our website ARE NOT SECURE.
We will phone you for the information.
T.T. in advance can be made by wire transfer via CITIBANK
nearest you. Sorry we do not accept cheques or money
order. We will ship your order only when the funds are credited
into our account.
- How do I place an order and
how long does it take for shipment arrival?
You can order by emailing or faxing your Purchase Orders
to us. We will then send you a Pro-forma Invoice
for the purchase. All orders must be pre-order in
advance on a first come first serve basis.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 days, if we do not have the
items in stock it will take 2 weeks. We hope to cut the delivery time shorter
in the future.
Invoice must be paid in full when we notify you that
we are ready to ship the order.
